On choosing a unit, a deposit of $1000 will hold the unit while you sell your home. There is no stamp duty as you are provided with a lifetime lease to live in the unit. While you reside in the village a monthly service fee covers all the outgoings associated with keeping the village communal areas clean, tidy, maintained etc. You can make alterations and additions to your new home and can have a pet, on approval from the manager. A long term maintenance account provides for any major work required. On leaving the village there is deferred management fee based on the number of years you have resided in the village.
